60-minute session: $80
90-minute session: $135
Sometimes, one 60-minute session in a week doesn't feel like enough, but multiple weekly sessions can be hard on your wallet. At Health & Hope I understand this, and offer a 50% discount for subsequent 60-minute sessions taking place in the same calendar week. I want your self-care and pain management to be accessible and hope this discount can help those who need the extra work done.
For those who prefer to purchase package deals, there is currently an offer for 3 60-minute sessions for $210, paid in full at the first massage. All package sessions must be used within three months and must be used by the same person.
For appointments that you would like to have take place outside of my normal business hours, there is an additional $20 fee. Please contact me if you need to schedule outside of my usual business hours.

As health, well-being, and needs change from day to day, each booking includes time for intake and assessment, which means that the listed time is not all hands-on bodywork time. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation as I take the time needed to ensure the best possible plan for your session.
