A $20 fee will be added to your balance for each service cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice by a client. No-shows will be treated as a cancellation without notice and a $20 fee will be added to your balance. Two no-shows will disqualify the client for future bookings. If a client is late to their session, the remaining appointment time will be utilized to provide the best bodywork possible and the full amount will be charged; the session will terminate at the booked end time.
❖ Health & Hope will begin all massage sessions on time. If the session begins late due to fault of the therapist, the session will be discounted according to time missed. If we cancel or otherwise change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be credited a $25 discount on your service.
❖ IF YOU ARE SICK: We do understand that emergencies and illnesses do occur – if you are sick, if you have a fever, are vomiting, or have children that are ill and need you at home, within 24 hours of your appointment – please cancel your appointment. Cancellations of this nature will have their fee waived. Your health and the health of those you care for is important to us.
